Having played it for a while now, I don't know that I would equate the two, but I can see where someone might get that idea.Instead, though, this is a level manipulation -- the mice themselves don't do anything, or act in any particular way. They are living subjects in your changing maze, and you have to set the pieces so that they'll make it safely through. Some levels are mindbending, others are simple, but all in all I've found the game to be fairly well balanced, and excellent for a bit of quick pick-up-and-play puzzle action. Would heartily recommend.*Addendum*I would add one down-side to this game, which is in the closing stages, the final brick-type that you receive actually makes the levels considerably easier. So instead of steadily increasing difficulty and challenge, which would be the norm for games of this type, the final 16 or so levels I breezed through very quickly indeed, and they were often easier than some of the much earlier levels had been. That said, I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend the game to fans of the genre overall.. Not if you want to play on Linux / Steam OS with a Controller. I now need to place some bombs, however the Howto Popups only mention Keyboard shortcuts.. Thoroughly enjoyed this game. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible, the graphics and music were perfect. A+. Very charming puzzle game where you use tetrominos (tetris pieces) with different properties to guide 3 mice to the cheese. Not overly complicated, but some levels require a bit of a fast hand.. MouseCraft is Tetris mixed with Lemmings, but instead of lemmings there are mice. It's original and works very well. I don't really know what more to say about it, because I think most of us will be able to visualize what it will play like now. If you like the sound of it, just buy it already.[Rating: 73/100]
